Our Stance

Magicodus is a stealth-mode wizard tower. We collect the absolute minimum required to keep the lights on. No accounts. No logins. No passwords. No OAuth. You are a visitor, not a product.

What We Collect

We collect nothing personally identifiable. No names, no emails, no IP addresses stored, no device fingerprinting. The only data we touch is standard, fully-aggregated traffic telemetry used exclusively to keep the service stable under load. You are never individually tracked or profiled.

The Generated Spells & Privacy

Every spell generated by Magicodus is designed from the ground up to be privacy-safe. Our generation process enforces strict constraints: no spell may request, store, or simulate Personally Identifiable Information — no real names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, or precise geolocation.

Any physical-world sensor data that appears inside a spell (motion, location, biometrics) is mathematically simulated. No real browser permission prompts are ever fired. What you see is a safe illusion — not a data collection mechanism.

Third-Party Services

Magicodus is hosted on infrastructure that may collect standard server-level logs as part of its own operations. These are governed by the respective provider's privacy policy, not ours. We do not sell, trade, or share any user data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

GDPR

Because we collect no personal data, most GDPR obligations do not apply in the traditional sense. If you believe we hold any personal information about you and wish it removed, contact us and we will investigate promptly.

As the magic scales, these terms may be updated. The date of last revision will always be visible at the top of this page. Continued use of Magicodus after changes constitutes acceptance.
