Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Magicodus, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not enter the Sanctum.

What You Can Do With the Spells

Every spell in The Grimoire is yours to use freely. Copy the code, deploy it, modify it, monetize it, and build companies on top of it. You fully own whatever you ship from our generated MVPs. No attribution required.

What You Cannot Do

• Abuse the service. Do not attempt to overload, attack, or systematically extract data from Magicodus in a way that degrades availability for others.
• Reverse-engineer our systems. Our autonomous generation process, internal architecture, and operational workflows are proprietary. Attempting to probe, scrape, or reconstruct them is prohibited.
• Clone or impersonate Magicodus. You may not use the content, brand, lore, or design of Magicodus to build a competing service that presents itself as, or is substantially derived from, Magicodus.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes. Any use that violates applicable law is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

The Magicodus name, brand identity, vocabulary, lore, and the design of The Sanctum and The Grimoire are the exclusive property of Magicodus and its creator. The output of the spells (the generated code) is free for your use. The system that produces them is not.

Disclaimer

All spells in The Grimoire are AI-generated rapid prototypes, provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. They are proof-of-concept starting points — not production-ready applications. We make no guarantees regarding their security, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Review all code before deploying to a live environment.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the magic evolves. Continued use of Magicodus after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
